Rosenblatt to Discuss Difficult Airway Management

Annual Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to learn about difficult airway management at Monday’s educational sessions. The morning session is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The afternoon session begins at 2 p.m. and runs to 5:10 p.m. During the early session, William Rosenblatt, MD, will discuss decision making in airway management and advanced airway management. In his later session, Rosenblatt will offer insights into awake intubation and advanced indirect optical devices, supraglottic ventilation in airway rescue, and invasive airway and extubation precautions.



Rosenblatt is a professor of anesthesiology and of surgery (Otolaryngology), and the director of anesthesia for otolaryngology at Yale University School of Medicine. He is the president and founder of REMEDY (Recovered Medical Equipment for the Developing World).
