Attend the AANA Banquet – An Annual Featured Fete

The 78th AANA Annual Meeting culminates with a banquet on Wednesday evening, Aug. 10. A yearly feature, the banquet is a popular fete guaranteed to please attendees.

The semiformal/formal event begins with a reception (cash bar) at 6 p.m., and banquet seating commences soon after at 6:30 p.m. Wine will be available for purchase before and during the banquet.

From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., attendees will be delighted by the musical salute to the states, have an opportunity to meet the new Board of Directors, and recognize award recipients. The AANA Scrapbook, an  entertaining review of the meeting in pictures, is also a highlight of the night.

The evening does not end there, though. Attendees can get their feet moving and dance the night away to a live orchestra, conducted by Jeff Nuss, from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.

As always, Annual Banquet tickets must be purchased separately. Seats are reserved, and all attendees, including children, must have tickets. Tickets and seating assignments will be available at the Annual Meeting, and formal or semiformal attire must be worn.

Please also note that tickets purchased in advance for state/military tables must be picked up by 2 p.m., Monday, Aug. 8, to be guaranteed a reserved seat at the state/military table requested. Anyone who purchased tickets after June 15 or onsite will be assigned a seat on the basis of availability.

The Banquet is sponsored by David L. Jelinek Agency, United Anesthesia, New York Life, and Pearson Vue.
